No, if somebody did not feel they were wrongfully discriminated against for their sexual orientation WE wouldn't be having this conversation. How caliente were these guys, were you there? Nope. I guess you don't remember the last time Chico's was on fire. People did not want to leave. Have you ever actually been to a Chico's? You think they follow fire codes? Those joints are always packed up the ying yang. This has more to do with discrimination than the way you were brought up and educated, let's try to keep that out of this because nobody wants to drop that far down the educated totem pole. I'll gladly continue after the facts have been revealed. Until then, I'll let you go on with your uncomfortable feelings.

Chico's is the last place to discriminate one of the owners is not straight I'm sure thats why they have not said much on the issue except the make tacos not discrimination

I saw the show last night and here is what I saw.....
The young man says he would love to see the video come out because it will show what really happened.
He denied that the other law suits that came out under the same name were his.
He claimed that Chief Wiles is a friend of his and that the chief informed him how to file a claim.

The dancing starts at 13 seconds into the video and they head for door at 24 seconds and are out the door by 50 seconds. No need to ask them to leave because they left.

But how long was the guy supposedly dancing as a ballerina doing it? If it was a few seconds and the guard went and told him to stop, that would be a problem for me, since these ladies are going around the restaurant for quite awhile, and they walk right by the guard who doesn't ask them to settle down or anything. Hate to agree with a guy who still lives his life through his crotch, but I gotta agree with guacamole on this. In addition, having been to the Chico's on Montwood, this IS the same location as the incident. All the other Chico's aren't as well lighted as this one is...

You are trying to use this video to establish a pattern which doesn't make the mark. The girls didn't dance for "quite a while". They danced for 11 seconds, then headed for the door while dancing on the way out which took 26 seconds. The security didn't stop them because they were on the way out!
Chico's is not the bad guy here. The security cop who called the gay guys names was out of line and yes, I know Chico's is ultimately responsible for what the security people do, but Chico's is as much of a victim in this story as anyone else.

Inconsistency can bite you in the rear a lot of times. I like Chico's don't get me wrong...I don't think THEY discriminated against anyone. What I do think they should do though, is vet their guards a little better, and have in store video, and audio to essentially cover their six against anyone who claims discrimination, and then wants to go running to lawyers...
I wonder...did this thing happen around the 26th of June...the 40th anniversary of the Stonewall riots?

With this happening on June 29th, I wonder if it was inspired by the 40th Anniversary Stonewall Riots "celebration" that the OP had on June 26th. I'm not saying it was...but, does the possibility exist?
